Welcome to 2010!
2010 is shaping up to be an exciting one for Foxhole Medals (FM) as we are now in a position to provide better service and turnaround times for all of our products and services. We have just opened our new framing workshop upstairs from our retail shop, which means framing can now be completed in even better time than ever before, and remember, although we favour Military items and memoribilia, we are able to frame any item that a traditional framer would. We have also had a re-shuffle of staff to better service our clients, and the team members are: James Grice is our Managing Director and Master Medal Mounter / Picture Framer, as such he spends his time floating around all areas! James has an extensive Service history in the Army and Navy with 15 years total service. James has studied Medals, Mounting, and picture framing for the last 6 years, along with some serious Business and Managment qualifications. There is not much he doesn't know when it comes to medals, so your in good hands. Barrie Martin-Henry is our Retail Services Manager and will handle most of your email enquiries and client relations. Barrie has a long history in client focused positions, and a solid service history with time spent as a Load Master in the Air Force and over 30 years service in the Fire Brigade, which he still holds the position of Brigade Chief of his local Brigade. Reese Truscott is our Medal Mounter and will tackle most of our Medal work, Reese has a limited Service history as an Officer Cadet, but makes up for that with a real talent for Medal Mounting, and customer service experience. Reese is still learning all there is to know, but is able to answer most of your questions. Nick Bailey is our Picture Framing Assistant and as such will remain mostly behind the scenes. Nick has a solid business and customer service background and a quick wit to go with it! This year we plan to fine tune the way we do things in order to offer our clients a superior service and increase our overall client reach. We are currently developing some great product lines and also increasing the level of medallic support to various new clients. We are also planning an overhaul of our current website to make it easier to use and increase the number of online items far beyond our current stock list. Foxhole Medals are a progressive Company and really do value input from our clients and observers on the way we conduct business and the services or products we offer, so if you want to get involved by offering your thoughts please get in touch with us. On behalf of all of the staff at Foxhole Medals, I hope you have a great 2010! James Grice Managing Director
