The fastest path is to self-serve from the options below.
You are not jumping a queue, you are just skipping it.
If something on your existing order needs adjusting, just reply to your automatic order confirmation email.
Every order is checked personally before picking stock, completing, packaging and dispatch.
Original Quality vs Replica
Both replica and original-quality TLSMs are mounted with ribbon from Toye, Kenning and Spencer. The difference is in the medal itself.
About the OQ Pre-Order
A limited original-quality run, manufactured to the same specification as official issue and produced in response to the April 2026 expansion of eligibility.

Matching Ribbon Bars
Ribbon bars are ordered separately to medals and come in a variety of attachment styles to suit your needs.
Choose from single rows upto 4 ribbons, joined multi-ribbon bars for displaying multiple decorations, and rosettes and devices.

If you are sending medals in for remounting, please:

For original medals, use Express Post plus Signature on Delivery.

How to Update an Existing Order
Already placed an order and want to add a TLSM, change an option, or include engraving? The fastest way is to place a follow-up online order with your original order number in the order notes. Any unnecessary costs or duplicate shipping fees will be fully refunded.
Can not find your confirmation email? Search for "important info for order" and remember to check your junk or spam folder.
