How to Get Your Medals Sorted Quickly and Accurately
Order Online
Ordering online is the quickest way to secure your place in my production queue. Every order gets a confirmation email with your estimated shipping date at the very top. (If you haven’t received yours, please check your Junk or Spam folder.)
Add Photos
Upload clear photos of the front and back of each medal, set, or ribbon bar when placing your order. Photos help me confirm details and avoid delays.
Include Service Details
If you have a PMKeyS screenshot or know the service number, full name, and date of birth of the medal recipient, please include these — it helps ensure accuracy.
Post Medals Correctly
After placing your order, complete the Foxhole Postal Order Form and use:
