Production & Dispatch
All custom medal mounting orders follow the advertised production queue, which is:

Clearly displayed on our website header

Confirmed in your order confirmation email

During peak times, via multiple acknowledgement tick boxes
Your order will be shipped once completed, typically within 10-12 weeks but also depending on the volume of orders during commemorative periods.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Express, Tracked Shipping (Australia Post or equivalent).
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Metro areas: 1–2 business days

Regional areas: 2–3 business days
Tracking
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped. Please check your junk or promotions folder if you don’t see it.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, customs, or incorrect delivery details provided at checkout.
