Shipment processing time
All orders are processed (manufactured) within 10-14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
If you require your order to be delivered by / or after a specific date, it is your responsibility to advise this to our client services team as soon as possible by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Express surcharges for early fulfilment and delivery may apply.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All our shipping methods are express, registered, and tracked.
Expect to receive your order within 2 - 4 business days after dispatch from our warehouse.
Veteran & First Responders - Premium Shipping - $19.95
eParcel Secure - Express - $24.95
eParcel Secure - Express (Small Items - Automatically applied at checkout to qualifying products) - $14.95
Please note - delivery delays can occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes, Diplomatic Bag or AFPO addresses
Foxhole Medals ships to addresses within Australia, Australian Territories, and AFPO/Diplomatic Bag addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Foxhole Medals are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Foxhole Medals are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Do you ship internationally?

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout depending on your location. We currently only offer the fastest possible shipping method. If you would like a quote for a slower method please contact our help centre.
International shipping delays
The COVID-19 pandemic has adversely affected all international shipping routes and remains highly unpredictable. While we try to manage these changes as they occur, delays may still occur and are beyond our control.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We do not provide refunds for change of mind, or due to changes in your personal financial circumstances. We cannot provide refunds for custom or unique products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
