Due to the highly customised nature of our work, we do not offer refunds or returns for:

change of mind,
incorrect information provided by the customer, or
misunderstanding of advertised timelines.

You are required to confirm the production timeframe advertised in the website banner including during checkout, and again in your order confirmation email which is sent immediately to your Shopify email address.

Refunds may be considered if:

The product is significantly different from what was ordered
There is a proven fault or defect
Your order is not dispatched by the advertised timeframe without notice

Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@foxholemedals.com.au, including your order number and any supporting documentation.

Foxhole Medals reserves the right to repair or replace items at our discretion.

I started Foxhole in 2004 after serving in both the Army and the Navy, and I brought with me over 15 years of firsthand experience and a deep respect for service. Since then, I’ve spent the last two decades dedicated to mastering the art of medal mounting and continuing to refine my craft.

For me, it’s always been about three things: quality, dependability, and precision. Those values aren’t just part of my business—they’re part of how I approach life.
